Real time lighting is clipped to a horizontal band across the view in Windows Mixed Reality when 'Allow HDR' is unchecked
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the LightTest scene
3. Switch platform to Windows Store
4. Play the scene (when Mixed Reality Portal is on and set up for developers use)
5. Move/Rotate the view toward the plane
6. Observe, real time lighting is clipped to a horizontal band across the view
Actual results: Real time lighting is clipped to a horizontal band across the view in Windows Mixed Reality when 'Allow HDR' is unchecked
Expected results: Real time lighting should not be cut
Note:
Make sure you are running Windows 10 build 16257 or higher
