ReadPixels on a Texture2D returns RGBAFloat as 1, 1, 1, 0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Play the scene
3. Observe that console outputs "FEEDBACK FAILING"
Expected result: ReadPixels on a Texture2D with RGBAFloat should return correct values
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a6, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.2.0b1, 2018.2.0a6
Not reproduced in: 2018.2.0a5, 2018.2.0a2, 2018.1.9f1
Regression since: 2018.2.0a6
