Read-only plugin files prevent building application
Unable to build Android Platform, UnauthorizedAccessException from files in Temp\StagingArea\res. This is caused by files in Plugins\Android\res which have a 'read only' flag. Reproduced in Windows.
Manually marking files as read-write can work around the issue.
