All terrain brushes are Read-Only, and the sliders are missing
Steps:
1. Open editor
2. Right click in Hierarchy
3. Choose 3D object, then Terrain
4. Add terrain tools in Package Manager
5. View previously created terrain in inspector
The brush is read-only, and the sliders are missing. It always happens for me, but not for everyone.
The same thing happened to someone else as well (In my case on windows, in her case on Mac), but for her the sliders were visible.
