"Read more" position in the "Adaptive Performance" window is not consistent with other "Project Settings" windows
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a project
# Go to "Edit" -> "Project Settings"
# Select the "Adaptive Performance"
# Find the "Read more" link and observe his position
# Go to the "Package Manager" window and observe "Read more" links positions
# Go to the "Shader Graph" window and observe "Read more" links positions
*Actual results:* "Read more" link is on the left side of the window
*Expected results:* "Read more" link should be on the right side of the window. In this way, it will be consistent with other "Project Settings" windows
