Raytraced GI breaks with spotlight when cookie texture is used
Tested in 2020.1.0a14 with 7.1.6 hdrp package :
Reproduction steps :
1. Open test project and "GI-spotlight-cookie" test scene
2. Add a texture cookie to the spotlight
3. Move the mouse around in the game scene to see the GI disappear
