RaycastHit.triangleIndex returns wrong triangle index when raycasting a mesh
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the scene
2. Press play
3. Hover mouse over the plane
4. Observe incorrectly drawn triangles in the editor view (make sure gizmos are enabled)

This is a duplicate - but I don't see the original. Is the original fixed? It still seems like an issue.
