”random.state” is being set when using “splineInstantiate”
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “Splines RNG Bug.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press the “Toggle Spline Instantiate” button two times
4. Press the “Generate Number” button
5. Repeat the 3rd and 4th steps
6. In the Game window, observe the number
Expected result: The number is changed
Actual result: The number is not changed
Reproducible with: 2.1.0 (2021.3.30f1), 2.4.0 (2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.15f1, 2023.2.0b11, 2023.3.0a7)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: reproducible in the Editor and Standalone Player (macOS)
