Random changes appear in the DLL import settings when import a project
Missing dependency not declared in importer
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (TestProject.zip) with Unity 5.5.0p3
2. Check Assets/KitA/LibA.dll import settings
3. Check Assets/KitB/LibB.dll import settings
4. Open the attached project (TestProject.zip) with Unity 5.5.0b3
5. Check Assets/KitA/LibA.dll import settings
6. Check Assets/KitB/LibB.dll import settings
7. Observe, the import settings have changed
Note:
Happens not constantly, very hard too reproduce.
Move a DLL file to other folder and re-open Unity (helps to reproduce the issue as well)
Expected result: Import settings stay the same
Actual result: Import settings have changed
Reproduced with: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.3p4, 5.5.0f3, 5.5.0p3, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3
