QueueDeltaStateEvent causes Input System to not detect input when using HID controllers
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-135151.zip” Project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Connect a Controller
5. Move around the Joysticks
6. Observe the Console Windows logs
7. Connect a second Controller
8. Move Joysticks on both controllers
9. Observe the Console Windows logs
Actual result: Only Joystick controls are logged
Expected result: “Extra values: …” are logged together with the Joystick logs
Reproducible with: 1.16.0 (6000.3.0f1), 1.19.0 (6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1)
Reproducible on: macOS 26.3.1 (M3 Pro), Windows 10
Notes:
- Dualsense Edge controllers were used to reproduce the issue
- Reporter noted that the issue reproduces also with Dualshock 4
