[Quest] SoftKeyboard doesn't close on Quest 2 with TMP_InputField Line Type set to Multi-Line
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "2021.3.3f1-1352984.zip"
2. Build for Quest 1/2
3. Select the InputField and try to close the SoftKeyboard
Expected results: SoftKeyboard closes on Quest 2 with TMP_InputField Line Type set to Multi-Line
Actual results: SoftKeyboard doesn't close on Quest 2 with TMP_InputField Line Type set to Multi-Line
Reproducible on: TMP 3.0.6 - 4.0.0-pre.1 (2020.3.40f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a12)
Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00415 - Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650, OS: 10
VLNQA00275 - Oculus Quest (Quest), CPU: Snapdragon 835 MSM8998, GPU: Adreno 540, OS: 10
Notes:
-Issue does not reproduce with Single-Line Line Type
-Only reproducible with a VR device

We have found that since this fix was introduced, it causes additional issues when trying to build for phone/tablet in a project that includes Meta SDK and OpenXR.
The fix here is preventing keyboard from displaying at all on mobile devices. This fix is not an improvement for multi platform projects.
