[Quest] Screen flashes for several seconds when enabling microphone permissions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Switch to Android Platform
3. Build and Run on Quest
4. In Player, click “Allow”
Expected result: No flashing occurs
Actual result: The Player starts flashing
Reproducible with: 6000.0.2f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.30f1 (Player crashes)
Reproducible on:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproducible with Vulkan and OpenGLES3
- Reproducible with Oculus XR and OpenXR

Resolution Note:
A third party asset is initializing the Microphone incorrectly, causing this issue. Once that asset begins initializing the Microphone correctly, this issue should go away.
