[Android][BiRP] Point Light is missing and characters appear to have a lighter side of their body when built
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/_Complete-Game/_Complete-Game.unity” Scene
3. Switch to Android Platform
4. Build and Run on a Quest device
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: Bunnies does not have a lighter side and Point Light is present
Actual result: Point Light is missing and bunnies have a lighter side of their bodies
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b5, 2023.3.0b8 (User reported)
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b4 (User reported)
Reproducible on:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 (10.0.19045) 64bit (User reported)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
