[Quest][ISS] Quest 2 freezes when loading and unloading textures in the Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached file "Install_And_Reproduction_Instructions_For_CQA.txt"
2. Follow the instructions
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: The Quest does not freeze and the Player continues to run
Actual result: Quest freezes
Reproducible with: 6000.0.10f1
Reproducible on:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2, macOS 14.5 23F79 Darwin 23.5.0
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

- CQA only had access to the built application
