[HDRP][Quest] Incorrectly rendering Canvas in Player when Screen-Space is selected
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Connect the Quest 2 device with Oculus Link
3. Build And Run for Windows Standalone platform
4. Observe the Player which is shown on the monitor
Expected result: Red image is shown at the center of the monitor screen
Actual result: Red image appears on the side of the monitor screen as seen in Unity2022.png
Reproducible with: 2022.2.14f1, 2023.1.0b11 2023.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.22f1 (getting error “BuildFailedException: GraphicSetting's HDRenderPipelineAsset Assets/HDRPDefaultResources/HDRenderPipelineAsset.asset is a non updated asset” even though I’ve updated the asset in HDRP wizard)
Reproducible with devices:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Notes:
* It does not reproduce in Editor
* The user mentioned that it should not reproduce in 2021.3.8f1

The same issue happens also when you try to make 2D screen only UI with two cameras. One rendering XR and one rendering only to display.
