Quest freezes after opening a project forcing portrait mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. In Player Settings -> Android -> Resolution and Presentation set Default Orientation to Portrait
3. Build and run Sample Scene on Quest
Expected result: Project opens and Sample Scene is displayed
Actual result: Quest freezes into a black screen and only sound can be heard (when trying to navigate out of the Unity project to the main menu)
Reproducible with: 1.11.0 (2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1), 3.0.1 (2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.4f1, 2022.2.0a16)
Reproducible on: Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Notes:
- If you hold the power button and then click cancel in the shut down menu, one eye will still be black and the left one will become whitish

Won't fix. Workaround is to not set Android VR apps to Portrait mode, we don't feel this is a common scenario
