Python File Icons in the Project window aren't scaled correctly
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Go to Assets > Samples > Python for Unity > 4.0.0-pre.1 > PySide Camera Selector
3. Observe file icons
Expected result: All icons are the same size
Actual result: Some icons are smaller
Reproduced with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2

Resolution Note:
As annoying as this issue may be, given our current backlog and priorities, I'd rather invest in fixing this issue as part of the conversion of the Project window to UI Toolkit instead of fixing an IMGUI bug.
