Projects don't open while holding down the Alt key
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. While holding down Alt try to open any project from the Projects list
Expected result: the project opens
Actual result: the project doesn't open, Hub restarts
Reproducible with: 3.4.1
Reproducible on: Windows 10

Note that Alt does not need to be pressed WHILE clicking on the project:
1. Click Alt BEFORE the Unity splash screen appears.
2. Release Alt AFTER the Unity splash screen appears.This happens all the time when Alt+Tab-switching to a different window after clicking in the Hub.
Therefore, it might not even be a bug in the Hub, but in the launch procedures of Unity itself.
