Project window icons are light gray when creating a UP, HDRP or "3D With Extras" project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new UP project
2. Open the project window
Expected results: The icons are dark gray
Actual results: The icons are light gray as if they are inactive
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0a11
Additional notes:
1. In Unity versions 2019.3.0a2 and earlier different icons are used, hence the issue could not be reproduced
2. The issue does not reproduce when creating a simple 2D or 3D project. Creating a project of any different type will result in light gray icons
