Project splash screen settings disabled after opening project with Personal license
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "Git" project using a Personal license
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Splash Image
3. Notice that "Show Splash Screen" setting is disabled and the other settings are missing
Reproducible with - 5.6.0b5, 5.5.1p1, 5.4.4p2
Note:
5.4.4 version didn't have Splash Screen tools, but "Show Splash Screen" setting still shouldn't be disabled
