Project for WP8.1 can be exported with unavailable HumanInterfaceDevice capability
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project or any and enable HumanInterfaceDevice capability
2. Attempt to deploy the app. Visual Studio error will be thrown:
Package.appxmanifest(25,4): error APPX3002: App manifest validation failed. File contains unrecognized XML element '/Package/Capabilities/{http://schemas.microsoft.com/appx/2014/manifest}DeviceCapability'. [C:\Users\Dominykas\Desktop\_Phone8.1_C#\EmptyScript\EmptyScript.csproj]
