Project Auditor - 'Analyze Now' can result in Shaders disappearing from Asset Issues
After performing a new analysis Asset issues looks to report shader issues, but after clicking 'Analyze Now' they then seem to disappear:
New Analysis = 116 Issues

Steps to reproduce:
- Open HDRP Sample Project
- Perform a New Analysis
- Notice amount of issues shown for Asset Issues
- Hit Analyze Now
- Notice the number of issues drops (all Shader issues disappear)
