How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Project window
3. In the Project search bar paste a huge amount of symbols (for example, 2 000 000 symbols)

Expected result: there's a reasonable text limit that cuts off symbols above it
Actual result: there's no text limit (or it is very big) and pasting a large number of symbols sometimes lead to a very long calculation

Reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.25f1, 2020.3.6f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a15

Notes:
- Sometimes the Editor hangs with the 'Hold on (busy for x)' pop up window (killed the Editor after 20 minutes)
- in 2018.4, errors might appear: 'UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The Uri string is too long.' and ' You are pushing more GUIClips than you are popping. Make sure they are balanced.'
