Progress bar for Generate Lighting gets stuck when removing default skybox material and clearing baked data
The small progress bar on the bottom right corner of the editor that indicates the baking progress for lighting gets stuck at 11/17 Bake Runtime and it doesn't update.
1. Create a new project and save the empty scene.
2. Open the Lighting Settings windows.
3. In the Scene tab remove the default Skybox material.
4. Uncheck the Auto Generate check box and press generate lighting.
5. From the drop down menu in Generate Lighting pick "Clear baked data"
6. Press generate lighting again.
7. The progress bar on the bottom right corner of the editor get stuck to a value.
Actual: The progress bar gets stuck and doesn't disappear.
Expected: The progress bar should update correctly and disappear after it is done.
Doesn't reproduce in 5.5.0p2 and 5.4.3p4
