Profiler window does not retain the middle-splitter position and module display configuration after closing and reopening it
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Profiler window
3. Change the position of the middle-splitter, that is separating the top/bottom of the profiler
4. Select any module and change its display view(e.g. CPU module, from Timeline to Hierarchy)
5. Close and reopen the Profiler window
Expected result: the middle splitter position and the module display configuration are retained
Actual result: the middle splitter position and module display configuration are reset to default
Reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.12f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a11
