[Profiler] [UI] NetworkOperations rectangle overlap to higher tab

1. Run project attached.
2. Open profiler on NetworkOperations section.
3. Press S, C, and A.

Actual result: NetworkOperations section is populated with a rectangle, which overlaps with higher tab.
Expected result: Rectangles in tab should match the tab size.

Regression since:
