Profiler Timeline view selection window has incorrect position when expanding other Threads
To reproduce:
1. Open Profiler window
2. Load attached data file
3. In the Timeline view expand Profiler thread
4. Click Profiler.SyncGlobalData to open the selection window
5. Now expand the Job thread
Expected result: Selection window position is changed accordingly
Actual result: Selection window position is not changed
Note: When scrolling down closer to the actual selection, the window eventually will snap back to its correct position
