[Profiler] Raw Hierarchy data transition is not smooth on clicking on Up and Down arrow
On clicking on Up and Down Arrow button, transition of the selection is not smooth in the Raw Hierarchy Data. sometimes transition is skipped or reverse selection happened
Step to Reproduce:
1. Open a new Project in URP Template
2. Open Windows > Analysis > Profiler
3. Select Playmode in the Profiler window
4. Click on the play button
5. Select first row in Raw Hierarchy Data by clicking the mouse on it
6. Use Up and Down Arrow key for the transition
Expected Result:
Transition should be smooth
Actual Result:
Transition is not smooth and sometime it skips also
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a4
Working Fine on: 2020.2.0a3, 2020.1.0b3, 2019.3.6f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
