[Profiler] [Networking] Network Operations Detail panel is greyed on resizing when scroll appears
On resize or if not all elements are listed in Operation Detail panel is greyed.
To reproduce:
1. Run project attached. Open Profiler window -> Select Network Operations.
2. Open Offline scene, press Play.
3. Start as Host.
4. Collect cubes till there would be at least 5 rows in Operation detail table.
5. Resize panel.
Actual result: When scroll appears on rezing Operation Detail panel is greyed.
Expected result: When scroll appears on rezing Operation Detail panel stays in expected color.
