Profiler CPU graph label is cropped by a couple of pixels
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Profiler
3. Close every profiler except CPU one
Results: Notice that the CPU graph label is cropped by a couple of pixels
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a3, 2019.3.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a10
