[Profile Analyzer] Additional frames can be drag-selected outside of the view when zoomed in to selection
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "ProfAnalyze2020.2.zip"
2. In Profile Analyzer window, load "cap1.pdata"
3. Select frames 68-102, Right-Click > Zoom Selection
4. Select frame 68, drag-select to the left, beyond the view
Expected result: No frames are selected
Actual result: Additional frames are selected
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4.39f1 (package version unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.4.0-preview.3, 0.6.0-preview.1

Resolution Note:
This is by design so you can zoom in to make an easier more accurate selection, but still be able to expand that selection wider to get a better average result.
