Processors dropdown opens in a wrong place when Action’s Type is “Button” and Input Actions Editor is position lower on the screen
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using a 3D Universal Template
- From the Project window, open the "InputSystem_Actions.inputaction" asset
- Create a new Action Map
- Make sure the Input Actions Editor is not maximized and placed lower on the screen
- In the Action Properties tab, click on the "" button next to Interactions
- Add a few any properties until a scrollbar appears (e.g. "Hold", "Press")
- In the Action Properties tab, scroll down and click on the "" button next to Processors
- Observe the opened Processors dropdown
Actual results: The dropdown opens way above the “” button
Expected results: The dropdown opens right below/above or next to the “” button
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a3
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.63f1
Reproducible on: macOS 26.1 (M1 Pro)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
Notes:
- Does not reproduce if the Action’s “Action Type” is set to “Value” or “Pass Through” (Options in the Processors dropdown differ with different types)
- Could not reproduce with Windows so appears to be macOS specific
- The reproduction does not depend on the Input System package version
