[ProceduralMaterial] Caching ProceduralMaterial on x64 build will prevent x86 build from loading the same material
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build "Demo" scene for both x64 and x86 standalone
3. Run x64 build, everything loads correctly
4. Run x86 build, notice that the material does not load
