ProBuilder window close any other active pop-up, e.g. Texture picker when both windows overlap
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open the Texture picker, e.g. click the Albedo map picker on a Material
3. Make sure Texture picker is on top of the ProBuilder window
4. Try to use the mouse to pick a Texture in the picker
Expected results: Texture picker window doesn't close automatically
Actual results: Texture picker window closes
Reproducible with: 2018.3.1f1, 2019.1.0a13
Note: Probuilder isn't available on 2017.4
