[ProBuilder] Objects become impossible to edit after merging them together
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "Tile3DTest.zip" project
2. Create a new Cube object with Probuilder
3. Create a new Stair object with Probuilder
4. Select both GameObjects and press "Merge Objects" in Probuilder window
5. Select the Face Selection option in the Scene view
6. Edit any part of the merged object
Expected result: The object is editable
Actual result: The object is not editable, "KeyNotFoundException" error is thrown in the Console log
Reproducible with: 4.2.1 (2018.4.23f1), 4.2.3 (2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b10), 4.3.0-preview.9 (2020.2.0a13)
Not reproducible with: 4.1.2 (2018.4.23f1)
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1 (ProBuilder not available)
