ProBuilder "Apply Quick Material" shortcut in the Shortcut Helper Bar gets stuck when selecting another window while a shortcut key is being pressed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window → Package Manager and install ProBuilder package
3. In the top Menu Bar, click Edit → Preferences
4. Go to General find the “Enable Shortcut Helper Bar” setting and enable it
5. Press and hold a shortcut key such as CTRL/Shift or both
6. left mouse click on Hierarchy or project window
7. Release the shortcut keys
8. Observe the Shortcut Helper Bar

Expected result: "Apply Quick Material" shortcut in the Shortcut Helper Bar is not stuck since the shortcut keys are not being pressed
Actual result: "Apply Quick Material" shortcut in the Shortcut Helper Bar is stuck as if the shortcut keys are being pressed

Reproducible in: 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Couldn’t test in: 2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.57f1 (Shortcut Helper Bar setting does not exist)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: To make "Apply Quick Material" shortcut in the Shortcut Helper Bar refresh click on the Scene View
