Probes.Update stalls the main thread on certain processors
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open(or build) the Windows build located in case_847097-AsyncIssues\Build
3. In the editor, open the profiler window
4. Set "Active Profiler" to "WindowsPlayer"
5. In the build, press "Load Probes"
6. Observe the profiler
Expected result: no significant performance impact
Actual result: Probes.Update heavilly stalls the main thread
Reproduced on 5.3.6p8, 5.4.3f1, 5.5.0b11, 5.5.0f1
Notes:
-this can also be reproduced in the editor
-seems to be processor specific, does not reproduce on every machine
