Pressing Windows key freezes game and the start menu is not shown when it is built in Exclusive Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "mini.zip";
2. Go to the File -> Build and Run;
3. When the build is opened, press the Windows key.
Actual: in the game view we can see the rotating cube - it freezes after pressing the button.
Expected: The game minimises and/or the start menu is shown (depends on Windows version).
Reproduced on: 5.5.3p3, 5.6.1p4, 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.1p3, 2017.2.0f2, 2017.3.0b3.
