Pressing the "Edit Collider" button on a polygon Collider 2D doesn't focus the Scene camera on the Collider
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project (Unity 2021.2.12f1 - EditMode.DoEditModeInspectorModeButton getBoundsOfTargets is ignored.zip)
2. Make sure the "BUG_REPORT" scene is open
3. In the Scene view move away from the origin (the three circles) so they are no longer visible
4. In the Hierarchy select the "Native Collider" Game Object\\
5. In the Inspector press the "Edit Collider" button on the Polygon Collider 2D Component
6. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: the Collider moves into view when the button is toggled
Actual result: the Scene view camera doesn't move
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a15
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 20.04, Windows 10
Note: Editing other Components like the Light Probe focuses on the Game Object's bounding box
