Preset: Tooltip "Open Reference for ." misses second part
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Add "Cube" to the "Hierarchy" window
- Select it and go to the "Inspector" tab
- Click the preset icon in the "Mesh Renderer" section
- Create a new preset
- Gow to the "Project" window and double-click the newly created preset
- Hover on the first "?" icon next to the "UnityEngine.MeshRenderers Presets" in the "Inspector" window
Actual result: The Tooltip has only the first section. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: Tooltip should have full info.
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a11, 2023.3.0a12
