Preset Manager does not apply to Terrain creation
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached “presetmanager-terrain.zip” project
2. Open Assets > Scenes > SampleScene
3. In the Hierarchy create a new Terrain object
4. In the Inspector reset the Terrain Collider component
Expected results: A new object created should load the presets for all their components
Actual results: The component has to be reset to load the preset data
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (Intel)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17
