Prefabs with a script do not show up in the object picker when the field type is of the same script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Prefab Variant Not Found In Asset Options.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" scene (in "Scenes" folder)
3. Select "Reference Shows no Asset Options in Assets" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Open asset picker window for the "TargetMono" field in the Inspector
Expected result: Prefabs with "TargetMono" script show up
Actual result: No assets show up
Reproducible with - 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a14

Resolution Note:
This has never been possible. You can only search for component types in the Scene hierarchy because here the entire Prefab is loaded into memory. If searching for Prefab Assets in the Project with a specific component type it would require all Prefab Assets to be loaded into memory.
