Prefab Variant Overrides are reset when changing its base
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1192908.zip")
2. Observe the Scene view - all of the Cube Variants have different Overrides
3. Select "Cube Variant" from Assets > In the Inspector window press Open Prefab
4. Drag the "Cube Variant" from Hierarchy window to Assets folder > Insert Base
5. Exit the Prefab Mode and observe the Scene view
Expected result: Overrides of the Cube Variants have not been reset
Actual result: Overrides of the Cube Variants have been reset
Reproducible in: 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a11
Could not test in: 2017.4.34f1 (New Prefab workflow not introduced)
