Prefab reference gets invalidated when editing referenced prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Arena01 scene from _Game/Scenes
3. Select the Projectile prefab from _Game/Objects/Weapons
4. Open the Projectile prefab (Open Prefab button)
5. Change the Gravity factor value (Physics body component)
6. Press the button Update component list (Ghost Authoring Component)
7. Press the button Generate code (Ghost Authoring Component)
8. Save the prefab and return to the Scene
9. Enter the Play mode
Actual: Missing reference Exceptions are thrown (see full errors in the Edit section)
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a24
Notes:
- If the issue doesn't happen, repeat from 3 to 10 steps multiple times (at least 5 times)
- Could not test with earlier versions because of the thrown errors
