Prefab preview thumbnail is black when importing big amount of Assets
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "case_1283280.zip"
2. In the Project window, select Assets then Search by Type and choose Prefab
3. Reimport all Assets (Select All->Reimport)
4. Observe the Prefab thumbnails
5. Delete some prefabs
6. Reimport all Assets (Select All->Reimport) again
7. Observe the Prefab thumbnail
8. Repeat 4-7 steps
9. (Optional) Reimport assets dividing them into 3 parts and then reimport all
Expected result: Prefabs thumbnails are shown white
Actual result: Some Prefabs thumbnails are shown with black texture
Reproducible with: 2019.4.12f1, 2020.1.8f1, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1 (because it uses Asset Database v1), 2020.2.0a18, 2020.2.0b6, 2021.1.0a1
Note1: While doing steps and observing thumbnails it's possible to see that prefabs that are affected change, and are not consistent
Note2: In videos, you can see different types of reimporting happening, proving things said in Note1

Will this be backported down to 2019.4 ?
AssetDatabase V1 has been deprecated but V2 is not usable because of this bug.
