Prefab preview isn't shown when trying to preview a prefab which has only one side rendered
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user project
2. Select the “Tree_trample_platform“ Prefab (Assets/Scenes/Forest/Prefad/Textures/Facility/Prefabs)
Expected result: The Prefab in the preview is visible
Actual result: The Prefab in the preview isn’t visible
Reproducible with: 2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a8

Resolution Note:
The Prefab preview displays the frontside of the Prefab. In the attached project, only the backside of the Prefab is rendered, the frontside is not. Therefore, the Prefab preview does not display anything.
