[Prefab] Duplicating nested prefabs children does not maintain transform
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and scene
2) In the hierarchy, select one of the prefab's children
3) Ctrl+D to duplicate them
Expected: The duplicate is identical to the original object
Actual: The transform is different between old and duplicated objects
Reproduced in 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a13, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.3.0a1
Not reproduced in 2018.3.2f1, 2019.1.0a12
