Prefab does not expand when there are child prefabs attached to the prefab
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test Project” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Expand “Prefab_A” Prefab in the Hierarchy window
Expected result: “Prefab_A” Prefab expands on the first try
Actual result: “Prefab_A” Prefab expands only on the second try
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b15, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.18f1, 2023.1.0b14
Reproducible on: Windows 10
