[PostProcessing] [Mobile] [Gles2] Bloom effect gives way too bright output
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Make sure Graphics API is set to Gles2
3) Build and Run project on a device
4) Select effects in that order: Bloom, Grain, LensDistortion, Vignette
5) Click on Run! button
Observe: Screen will be way too bright
Expected result: This effect should not be that bright

Resolution Note (2019.2.X):
Looks the same in the editor and on the device using GLEs 2 or 3.
Bloom intensity was set to 35 in the profile. This sounds like a good parameter for simulating a nuke.
