[Post-Processing] Error when Built-in VR package is disabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("Bug Test.zip")
2. Open the Console window
Expected result: No errors thrown
Actual result: Error about XR package not being enabled is thrown:
Library\PackageCache\com.unity.postprocessing@2.3.0\PostProcessing\Runtime\PostProcessLayer.cs(9,39): error CS1069: The type name 'XRSettings' could not be found in the namespace 'UnityEngine.XR'. This type has been forwarded to assembly 'UnityEngine.VRModule, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' Enable the built in package 'VR' in the Package Manager window to fix this error.
Reproducible with: Post-Processing 2.3.0 (2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a20)
Notes:
- Turning back Built-in VR package clears the error

Nevermind, it's fixed. I thought I already upgraded my PostProcessing package. I was thinking of another project.

From package manager. Version 3.0.1 already released and cleared the error.
